Our Process

I. Planning

Whether you know exactly what you want, or just know that you need an outdoor living project, we’ll first work with you to understand your backyard space and how you intend to use it. After this, we will walk your property and discuss your goals, tastes and budget in addition to asking important questions about space, ventilation, electrical access, and plumbing. In this first step, we confirm everyone’s expectations and the direction of the work.

II. Design

Upon acceptance of our cost structure, we will start the fun part which is the project design and our showroom has a number of concepts that will help you get a feel for what you like. Our assigned associates will recommend layouts, equipment and materials to best meet your needs.

After that we will start sketching your project until the basic design is exactly what you like. After few days, we will present you with a drawing of the project. Of course we’ll refine the plans with you until the design is just perfect.

III. Installation

Once the design is complete, a team of trained installers will come to your home to finish the job and our installers will treat your property with the utmost respect. During the installation process, each component will be inspected separately to ensure it is in perfect shape. 

When the job is installed and working, a member of the installation team will walk you through all the operating procedures.
