Sustainably raised meat is fantastic: it tastes great, it's produced without destroying the environment or threatening public health, and its sale supports responsible farmers who choose to use sound agricultural practices. Our purveyors come from all over the globe. We taste and deliberate over hundreds of suppliers before carefully selecting only those with the best tasting products. We work with purveyors that have philosophies that match ours which offers natural premium beef, free of antibiotics and hormones.

Our beef is imported chilled (never frozen) from farms of choice for top and Michelin starred restaurants across the globe; in fact, we will only import Prime Grade which represents the Top 2% of all meat in the world, ensuring you will be getting the juiciest, most savory meat.

The close partnerships we have forged with our suppliers allow us to offer unique and sometimes exclusive product. Thanks to a close personal relationship, we have with Stockyard in Australia, for example, The Market will be the first in Saudi Arabia to retail and distribute what is arguably the best beef in town. Stockyards are a small family business farming 100% Fullblood Wagyu & Angus. They process a small number of animals per month, aiming to produce the very highest quality beef, with a key focus on animal welfare, the environment and sustainable farming.
